The Peer Tutoring Centre is experiencing lower traffic this year as students—wait, what? You’ve never heard of the Peer Tutoring Centre? Well, let’s give you a friendly tour!

The Peer Tutoring Centre is an initiative led by Ms. Gruscyk and Ms. Baydas. As the name implies, the centre is where student volunteers help other students with their coursework, acting as peer support for self-improvement and collaborative problem-solving.

Many people misunderstand it as a place solely for striving students (mainly the reason for the low student traffic), but it’s open to everyone ranging from students who require help for a project to those confused about a topic. Do not worry if your question seems straightforward or way too complex, the volunteers at the center do their best to help you find the solution to your problem! It's just like they say, two heads are always better than one.

Drop by room 120 at lunch after 11:15 am (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) to find the academic support you deserve. If you’re interested in volunteering and are looking to get volunteer hours, email one of the supervising teachers Ms. Gruscyk (p0082081@pdsb.net) or Ms. Baydas (p0202695@pdsb.net) for further information. See you there!
